Johnson & Johnson will contribute to MedTech Week 2018 with a series of events in different European countries, and online. During the week of June 4th until June 8th, the company will publish a set of blogs in cooperation with MedTech Europe covering topics such as the future of medial training, E-Health, and a case study on value in health care. Johnson & Johnson will also be contributing to MedTech Europe’s MedTech Views blogs that will be published during MedTech Week.
On June 5th, Johnson & Johnson will open the new Education Center at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin. Local media and political stakeholders will be engaged to discuss topics relating to medtech’s role in the future of surgery.
At the national Medicine and Health Care Congress in Berlin on June 6th until June 8th, Johnson & Johnson will cover topics on patient safety, digital surgery and E-Health. The company will be reporting from Berlin on social media and through press releases.
Johnson & Johnson has invited Lord Henley, Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to its site in Leeds where medtech’s place in the health care sector and the future of medical innovation will be topics of discussion. Local media will be invited to cover the visit.
On the 6th of July, Johnson & Johnson is participating in the 4th edition of the Innovative Medical Devices Start-Ups Day organised by Snitem, the French association of medtech companies. The event will be attended by invitees from different sectors, including the Minister of Health and Minister of Finance. During the day, several start-ups will be given the opportunity to pitch their ideas to industry stakeholders.
